The space rate is US$36 per sq. ft. for Power Engineering advertisers and US$40 per sq. ft. for non-advertisers (min. US$5,500 calendar year display advertising in Power Engineering to qualify; also must advertise in POWER-GEN International show issue, October 2013).

Exhibit space rate includes three (3) complimentary booth staff per 100 sq. ft. (NOTE: In order to retain Exhibit Space Advertiser Rate, Exhibitor must book their Power Engineering POWER-GEN show issue, October 2013, advertising no later than July 31, 2013; otherwise, Exhibitor’s second installment invoice will be adjusted accordingly.)

For Premium Space (corner booths and for island booths), add USD $2.00 per sq. ft. Other discounts may apply. All discounts are taken at the time of signing and apply to raw space only. It is understood and agreed by Exhibitor that should initial 50% installment not be paid within thirty (30) days as stated herein and on subsequent invoice then PennWell may require 100% of Exhibit Space and Services fees to be immediately due and payable.

Exhibit at four (4) or more POWER-GEN events in calendar year 2013 and receive a 10% discount on each, or at three (3) POWER-GEN events in calendar year 2013 to receive a 5% discount on each. POWER-GEN events include POWER-GEN Middle East 2013, POWER-GEN India & Central Asia 2013, POWER-GEN Europe 2013, POWER-GEN Asia 2013, POWER-GEN Africa 2013, and POWER-GEN International 2013.
