Each exhibiting company has one primary contact. Only that person can register Booth Staff and Exhibitor Full Conference Delegates online. If you are the primary contact, you can register your colleagues as booth staff or as exhibitor full conference delegate online.

Individuals with exhibiting companies have two registration options:
1. Booth Staff
2. Exhibitor Full Conference Delegates

1. Booth Staff
Each exhibiting company receives 3 complimentary booth staff registrations per 100 square feet of exhibit space (i.e., 10 x 10).

Booth Staff Registration Includes:

  • Access to the Exhibit Hall during move-in and move-out, and throughout the exhibit hall hours.
  • Access to the Opening Keynote Session
  • Access to the receptions and coffee breaks on the Exhibit Hall floor

Booth staff registration does NOT include delegate lunches. Lunch tickets can be purchased by downloading the registration form.

Additional booth staff registrations can be purchased for US $35 each.

2. Exhibitor Full Conference Delegates (exhibitors attending conference sessions)
Individuals with exhibiting companies who want to attend Conference sessions need to register as an Exhibitor Full Conference Delegate. REGISTRATION FORM COMING SOON

This registration type is offered exclusively to exhibiting companies at a discounted rate.

Exhibitor Full Conference Registration Includes access to:

  • Exhibit Hall throughout the event
  • Opening Keynote Session
  • All Conference Sessions
  • Delegate Lunches
  • Receptions and Coffee Breaks on the Exhibit Hall floor
  • Conference Proceedings
