Visa Information

Some POWER-GEN International attendees from outside the U.S. will need to apply for a visa at the American Embassy, consulate, or other visa issuing office in their country of origin. To obtain a visa, you will need a letter of invitation, a valid passport, a photo ID and Form DS 156 (nonimmigrant visa application form). A visa is not required for visitors from countries participating in the Visa Waiver Program. For information on requirements for entering the United States, please visit https://travel.state.gov/content/travel.html.

Once registered, complete all payments if necessary (e.g. Full Conference), receive your registration confirmation number, then complete the Letter of Invitation Application.

ATTN: U.S. Exhibitors

The U.S. Department of Commerce's (USDOC) IBP will offer a complimentary Showtime, B2B Matchmaking and U.S. Export Interest Directory programs for U.S. exhibitors. These allow exhibitors to meet one-on-one with IBP delegation leaders from more than 30+ overseas markets and connect with over 800 IBP delegates at POWER-GEN International.

Participation in the three USDOC export programs are available only to U.S. companies whose products represent U.S. content of at least 51%.
