The statistics on the low number of women in the power industry can be discouraging and yet in reality, there are many successful women in energy and even more to be nurtured. The Women in Power Luncheon celebrates achievements and offers successful strategies to further workforce diversity. Hear from diverse speakers, representing women just starting in the industry to those who are well-established, on ways to attract the best talent and enable a more diverse workforce. The energy industry needs to be deliberate about making sure women are represented. Play a critical role in setting a new trend—getting more women to the table.
