A Global View: Who Was Represented at POWERGEN International 2018

Visa Information and Letter of Invitation 

Some POWERGEN International attendees from outside the U.S. will need to apply for a visa at the American Embassy, consulate, or other visa issuing office in their country of origin. To obtain a visa, you will need a letter of invitation, a valid passport, a photo ID and Form DS 156 (nonimmigrant visa application form). A visa is not required for visitors from countries participating in the Visa Waiver Program. For information on requirements for entering the United States, please visit https://travel.state.gov/content/travel.html.

Important information: when you register, you will be able to request an official visa letter of invitation. After your registration is completed and paid in full you will receive an email confirmation with a link to access your registration dashboard and retrieve your official invitation letter. It will not be sent to you automatically.
